Howze Plumbing is a family-owned business. After having Daniel and Chance come to the house, I learned they have very high standards on work performed and customer satisfaction. Daniel did the removal and replacement of the old faucet and new valves. Chance (supervisor) came later to assist as needed. Both Daniel and Chance performed water evaluation tests. They checked for chlorine, pH level, water hardness, etc. Always in contact with the office (owner actually looks at all pictures the techs send), and may advise as needed.
